De Mistura’s game ended at the borders of Korea

The leaders of Riyadh negotiating delegation in Geneva have the right to accuse De Mistura of treason, since he sponsored them, protected their escalatory choices, blessed Riyadh statement which they adopted as a ceiling for negotiation, moreover since he said that their delegation represents the legitimate party to negotiate on behalf of the Syrian oppositions, today he tells them think realistically, you have lost the war, so be gathered in a unified delegation with slogans that compensate the variables and with negotiating ceiling that is able to achieve progress. But De Mistura has the right to announce the end of the game, since this negotiating delegation has no longer any pressing paper to give it to De Mistura in order to use it to protect them, there is neither military presence nor popular influence, nor political or diplomatic support. The major players which asked him to help those and their ceiling have changed their positions from Washington to Paris, furthermore, the Syrian geography is closer from the moment when the Syrian army will be the only dominating force on the whole area, so what can he do?

The illusions of the group of Riyadh were based on a premise that the Americans could do more since the protection of the high ceiling in negotiation is pure American gains. In case they could not achieve an appropriate political solution for them and for America, then the disruption of unsuitable political solution for them and for America allows America to dominate over the Syrian geography under the pretext of the disruption and thus they can enjoy the proceeds of their financial, political, and media adopting. The question which they propose today why cannot Washington continue in disrupting the political solution under their pretext, rather than exerting pressure on them by De Mistura and others to accept the ceiling of defeat? It is the same Saudi-Israeli question too.

In the ongoing confrontation on the international arena, Washington recognized its inability to keep along with its opponents especially Russia, China, and Iran, but it was highly confident in the system of the financial sanctions to make a balance of forces entitled “the financial system versus the fighting system”. The understanding on the Iranian nuclear program was an example of the possible settlement between this system and that system, as the outstanding issues from Syria to Ukraine. The titles of these settlements have been formulated in the agreement of John Kerry –Sergei Lavrov as Foreign Ministers of America and Russia in such says a year ago, but the US military and intelligence leaders have refused to go on in this agreement, but after a short reluctance the US President Donald Trump has been subdued and adopted the alternative option; it is the exhaustion of the system of the financial sanctions depending on a assessment that the fighting system has exhausted the margins of its affectivity.

The North Korean presence came to the field to announce strongly that the fighting system is still in the beginnings and it has a lot to do in confronting the challenge, so the financial system has made high sanctions ceiling against it, but it did not succeed in deterring it, on the contrary it raised the tension and the ceiling of challenges raised to impose on the American either to choose to go on in the settlements or to go to war which is unable to bear its consequences, and thus was the option of the financial deterrence under the title of asking Russia and China to cooperate in besieging the North Korea with food, fuel, and the transfer of cash in order to surrender, but the answer of the Russian President was crucial; you want us to cooperate in sanctions which we are our victims, you are surely kidding!

Washington has one decision to announce the boycotting of the Russian and the Chinese banks as the suicidal shift in chess, to put the Bishop in a position that allows it to say checkmate while it is in front of the Rook, and you know that is surely dead. This is the meaning of the declaration of the financial war in the light of the inability to confront the fighting system, because the deterring response will be legitimate and defensive, entitled first, the fall of the dollar as a global currency, second, the division of the global banking system. Hong Kong is waiting as Geneva they are small countries that have banking position and political neutrality, third, to return to the gold system as a global equivalent currency, this has been foreshadowed by the last Bricks Summit in an indirect way.

The American experts say that no one in Washington dares to say or advice to adopt  the game of “let it be whatever are the consequences” The leaders of the banking system in the decision-making centers raise the red card against the crazy decisions, this means the recognition of the fall of the sanctions system, and not just proceeding in the negotiation in the North Korean file and its nuclear weapons, but to negotiate on the safe US exit from the sanctions system to the settlements as a mandatory solution. The first settlement on the table is the file of the unified Syria under the leadership of the President Bashar Al-Assad starting from Deir Al Zour, and the fall of the North Euphrates area as a positioning US area and a Kurdish privacy. De Mistura has been informed and has notified whom this may concern … so no need to blame.
