Therefore the announcement has occurred as a thunderbolt that affected the Western capitals with bewilderment, moreover the bombing of Brussels have occurred to show that the West as well cannot slowdown in providing the requirements of the war on terrorism, and particularly the accomplishment of the political solution to form a unified Syrian government that gets the international recognition and be a solid base for an international regional cooperation that ensures the winning in this war.

The timing of Palmira battle and the qualitative achievement of the Syrian army and its allies with a full Russian support on the day of the arrival the US Secretary of State John Kerry to Moscow was not a coincidence, because the war on terrorism is not included in the armistice, and the Russian withdrawal does not include the requirements of the support needed by the Syrian army in its war, Kerry commented that the war is not a violation of the acts of the truce, but the Russian Defense Ministry said that it holds talks with the Americans about Al-Nusra Front and the sites of its presence, to say that the next step after Palmira is Idlib, and that the Syrian army will continue its combating duties if the negotiations remain in their place, so the seekers for a political solution have to be aware that the arrival of the Syrian army to Al Raqqa parts after liberating the Northern and the Southern term of the international borders of Syria before the birth of this solution, will makes this solution lose many of its reasons, so what is left on the Syrian table in exchange of the extortion to present the partnership in the war on terrorism is the resolving against ISIS without waiting for the birth of the regional international coalition, thus there is no compromise on the Syrian sovereign affairs in exchange of this partnership, and the Syrian presidency at the forefront, Moscow is not ready to pay the bills of the Western inability for confronting hatred and the small Saudi considerations.

Kerry is pretending to be clever by a proposal for bargaining the presence of Hezbollah in Syria, and putting it opposite to Al-Nusra Front then making its exist of Syria a condition for the solution in order to satisfy Saudi Arabia morally, then he was adequate to try to fortify the truce, but he found in front of him Russian surprises like the timing of Palmira, the timing of the announcing of the withdrawal, in addition bargaining the conviction of the Kurds with American Russian partnership through the withdrawal of the federalism from one party in exchange of ensuring their participation in the negotiations, and leaving the future of what so-called the mechanism of the transition from the war to peace at the level of the structure of the institutions of the Syrian country for the Syrians, so when De Mistura came out to announce in a press conference that the participation of various delegations of the opposition is a normal situation that reflects the situation of the opposition, the group of Riyadh celebrated the term “the political transition”, while they hear him saying that the mechanisms are a matter of the Syrians themselves, he responded to their questions about Hezbollah and its classification as terrorist that  in the list of the United Nations just Al-Nusra and ISIS are the terrorism till now.

It is not the time yet for a battle entitled no discussion about the future of the Syrian Presidency and no place for a transitional governing body, It just puts a calendar entitled new government and constitution in Summer and that the issue of negotiation is between the Syrians, the timing will be in Idlib or Aleppo to stop the discussion about how.
