Washington mobilised its armies and fleets and committed to protecting the entity from the expected retaliations that were promised by the leaders of Iran and the resistance, nonetheless it acknowledges the gravity of the situation. It sends envoys and mediators—French, European, and Arab—to Tehran, Beirut, Muscat, and Sana’a to present offers when warnings of dangers and risks fail. Amidst American concerns, are reports that Moscow is now involved as it is providing Iran with modern weapons and equipment to counter American intervention, which prompted the White House to caution Moscow against it’s entanglement in this conflict.

Ultimately, the field will have the final say, meanwhile preparations on both sides are dominating the scene. Decision-makers on the response side are meticulously preparing and using time wisely, including engaging in psychological warfare. Meanwhile, the American-Israeli alliance, bolstered by some Western and Arab support, is setting up missile batteries, activating radar systems, and preparing for what they call a missile rainfall. The ambiguity surrounding the timing, location, nature, and scale of the response from Iran and the resistance forces is intentional.
