In a single day, the occupying army lost over 15 vehicles, including five tanks, in battles with the resistance in Gaza, between Jabaliya and Khan Younis. It also lost five vehicles on the Lebanese border front, including three tanks, between Naqoura and Mays al-Jabal. Meanwhile, media outlets affiliated with the occupying entities are spreading information about the possibility of a major assault on Iran, in response to the strike that Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich admitted killed and wounded hundreds. Opposition leader Yair Lapid further revealed that the strike disabled major air bases, including one of the most critical – the Nevatim Airbase, and satellite images published by The New York Times and The Washington Post corroborated the extensive damage there.

The looming assault puts the entire region under review as Iran completes its preparations and readies responses to all the discussed scenarios. Iran has conveyed several constants tied to its response to such an assault. Among them: any country that opens its airspace to Israel’s aircrafts will bear the consequences, and any American partnership in the attack will make U.S. bases and interests targets for Iranian retaliation. More critically, sources familiar with the situation suggest that if Iranian oil interests are targeted, the occupying entity’s economic infrastructure will face total devastation – oil, gas, electricity, planes, and trains included. These sources also hint that targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities could lead to a dramatic shift in the nuclear file, potentially including Iran’s withdrawal from the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) of Nuclear Weapons. This would mark a new phase in the fatwa prohibiting the production of nuclear bombs, as previously warned by Dr. Kamal Kharazi, adviser to Supreme Leader Imam Ali Khamenei. The global oil economy and trade routes would also be severely impacted, with seas and straits closed.

The occupying army’s military failures, as it faces successful strikes by the resistance in Gaza and Lebanon targeting its tanks and forces, coupled with the stalemate in its declared ground war on the Lebanese front, have not been offset by the Hollywood-like theatrics of army spokesperson Daniel Hagari. The entity’s only response came in the form of massacres of civilians in Beirut and Jabaliya. In Beirut, the airstrike on the Nuweiri area resulted in dozens of martyrs and nearly a hundred wounded. The occupation’s claim that the strike was targeting Hezbollah’s head of the Liaison and Coordination Unit, Hajj Wafiq Safa, was unfounded, according to sources from Al-Manar TV. Safa was not present in any of the targeted locations and he’s unharmed.
