The holy August…..in which holy book it was mentioned?

The deadlines of many of the region’ issues are linked repeatedly with a date that ends in the next August, Syria is at the forefront which the time of its deadlines is related to this month which has become holy that everyone who faced a dilemma in a file is sticking to its grace, the last enrolled of it are those who manage the Lebanese dialogue, they agreed on a critical recess for the suspended issues of the dialogue in August, as the UN envoy in Yemen Ismail Sheikh Ahmed who has said that he will indulge himself and the Yemeni negotiators for the next August to reach to a political solution in Yemen, moreover it was not surprising that the UN envoy in Syria Steffan De Mistura came out to say that the last deadline for the call for new talks in Geneva for the political solution in Syria will be at the end of the next August. August was already mentioned in the UN resolution 2254 which foreshowed of the rules of the political solution in Syria for a unified secular country, where the Syrians alone determine its political future, its constitution, and its presidency but before the end of August.

Many times the deadlines for the international negotiations were extended; months for the extension were determined so this aroused the question as the talking about extending the negotiation about the Iranian nuclear program from November 2013 to November 2014, after consultations for a month that followed the understanding on the political solution for the Syrian chemical weapons, in a way that the link between them seemed normal, through the departure of the American fleets,  ignoring the military option, and adopting the negotiating solutions, this is  in order to make the next issue the most complex and the most important which is the Iranian nuclear issue, the term of the year seemed normal since it is a valid number, but why the extension was for  seven months not nine or ten or a year, and from where did the number seven come?

Any observer can see that the years end in August too ,as from the year 2015 to what is left for August 2016, what was required is that the understanding has to be accomplished before a year from August 2016, it is a year which will be dedicated as a deadline of valid number for another accomplishment, if the number of the year till August 2016 is valid for a dangerous and sensitive issue and on its base the deadline for additional seven months has been settled for the negotiation with Iran, so what will happen in August 2016 in order to be preceded by a year allocated to this sensitive issue that was preceded by seven compressed months for the extension of the nuclear file, what will be in the ( holy August) this year?

When we talk about August 2016 as a deadline for a sensitive file that has been given a year to be matured, so it is easy to discover that Syria has been prepared to be put on the table of the international negotiation and the preparation for the projects of the political solution in it since August 2015. This means that the military Russian positioning in it has been settled almost immediately after the completion of the Iranian nuclear file, between the completion of the of understanding on the nuclear file and the Russian positioning two months which are August and September from the year 2015, so August 2016 will be the deadline for Syria as a date that is settled by Washington to resolve its choices in Syria, so this August will be a decisive month for Syria, it is not a month for any Syrian entitlements, so why is it the month of the decisive American choices in Syria?

The mandate of the US President will end by the end of this year but the elections will be held in September and thus the President will become as a lame duck that he cannot take great decisions with the presence of an elected president who is preparing himself for the accession of his position, so August will be the last month for practicing the US administration which rules the foreign politics. It is known that the American armies will end their withdrawal from Afghanistan on a deadline that has been set carefully to be in accordance with the end of the mandate of the US President Barack Obama, whom the armies stipulated with him on two mandates in which he ends the withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan, it will be replaced by a geo-political arrangement that will cope the geographical openness which the Asian mainland will witness since the triumph of the Iranian Revolution through a ground linkage between Russia, China, and Iran across Afghanistan. The understandings which will must affect Russian, China, and Afghanistan must be around Syria which constitutes the window of a triangle of the three giants of Asia on the Mediterranean Sea, otherwise this task will become more difficult for the new president, especially that Russia, Iran, and China will make use alone of the American military absence and the political absence due to the new presidency and administration in order to impose a fait accompli in Syria and others.

August 2016 is the last deadline for the President Obama to give the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party a source of political force through a big understanding that does not only affect Syria but it affects though it an impressive achievement in the war on terrorism in difficult electoral conditions that are faced by the candidate Hillary Clinton, thus the deadline of the regional drawing by lot of the American presidency will be August 2016, just for that everyone is adjusting his time on that time .
